Charlie at Royal Albert Hall
Charlie Le Moignan performed with her fellow members of the North Monmouthshire Youth Wind Band at London’s Royal Albert Hall Schools’ Proms and they did their county proud.
Chairman of the Monmouthshire County Council, Councillor Alan Breeze said that everyone should be justly proud of the youngsters who played in front of 3,000 people. “People stood and clapped when the wind band played and the atmosphere was fantastic.
